As President, Jonathan oversees the management of Alliance. He is also responsible for strategic relationships and managing the sales initiative.
Prior to joining Alliance as the President, Jonathan was Executive Managing Director and Senior Vice President and Partner of several global proxy solicitation firms. He was one of the creators of the Post MergerCleanUp? product, which grew to over $100 million in revenue.
With extensive experience since 1990 on large-scale shareholder communications projects for most of The Fortune 100 companies, Jonathan has created some of the most widely used communications methodologies used today.
A member of The Society for Corporate Governance and The National Investor Relations Institute, Jonathan is a graduate from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
